Using OTN
Use of OTN is primarily based on a Membership model. However, third party individuals or organizations (those not already Members of OTN) may also use OTN telemedicine studios.
Membership:
- Access to services and resources that ensure that telemedicine is easy-to-use.
- OTN assistance and support to develop telemedicine applications that meets a Member's needs.
- No Membership fees for LHIN-accountable organizations.
- Some fees apply for non-LHIN accountable organizations.

Third-party use:
- Third parties may access OTN by using a Member's studio, at the Member's convenience.
- Standard fees are charged for OTN services as well as videoconferencing studio rentals.
